3. Content Creation & Usage

• All videos and content must be created within the Klippd app. Uploading or importing external videos is not allowed.

• Creators can offer live or pre-recorded videos for viewers to purchase and view.

• Creators may choose to enable a community chat per video where viewers can interact.

• All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Inappropriate or illegal content is strictly prohibited.

4. Monetization & Payments

• Viewers pay to access content. Revenue is shared with creators based on our payout model.

• Creators must provide accurate payment details to receive earnings.

• Klippd is not responsible for any taxes owed by users on income earned through the platform.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Harass, threaten, or harm others

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Post spam, viruses, or disruptive content

• Use bots or automate interactions in the app

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights to the Klippd app and its features are owned by Klippd.

• You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Klippd a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it within the app.

7. Termination
